The aim of this publication is to promote the implications of implementation of eSEE Agenda in the member states-areas.
Each country-area presents their best practice in the three areas:
1.) eSEE Agenda for the Enabling Environment, Theme 1: The Right Policy and Institutional Framework;
2. ) eSEE Agenda for Citizens and Businesses, Theme 2: Service Use; and
3.) eSEE Agenda for Public Administration Reform, Theme 3: Best practice.

In order to provide a regional baseline for the work of the eSEE Initiative in monitoring and supporting the progress of the Member States , UNDP CO BiH in cooperation with UNV has launched the eSEEurope Regional Information and Communications Technologies Sector Status and Usage Report: InformationSociety for All. The Report will provide the overview and an analysis of key policies, projects and programs impacting the ICT sector across the Stability Pact Countries.
